no i was just talking about the two wires connecting the fog lights to the wire harness
but anyways just try plugging in the wire into a diifrent switch that isnt getting power
so just unplug one of the connectors and if ur fog light switch turns off
plug that one back in and try and relocate the other connector<that isnt getting power>into another slot and just trial and error and if the still dont turn on reply back

i'm guessing you have an eg..
if so, the thicker of the two plugs go into the batt option slot (first two from the left)
the other ones go into the light on option slot (second from the right)
this setup only turns on when the parking lights are on.
The interior harness can be grounded at any bare metal..
and the exterior harness can be grounded at the same point that the engine is grounded...
make sure you check all connections, and see if they are snug
also does your relay "click" on??
if that doesn't help............
get a mulitmeter and test to see if there is any voltage coming out the connector between the interior and exterior harnesses when switched on - if there is voltage then check to see if power is goin to the fogs through the exterior harness..
if the power stops at the exterior harness, but is good at the interior harness.. the exterior harness is bad...

Re: fog light help plz (kyorishin)
yeah, its an audible click
the relay makes the noise, so see if the relay is making that noise..
if not, then you might just have a bad relay, or your relay doesn't make noise when it is switched on
since your relay isn't making any noise...
check the interior ground
does your fog light switch glow when the parking lights are on?
if not, then check the power connections, see if those are giving out any power
the interior ground could be hooked up to the screw in the knee bolster.. that metal plate under the steering wheel, covered by plastic... you might have removed it for access...
does your dash light up? if not, replace the fuse
the relay should click whenever you turn on your fogs with the foglight switch in the on position (pressed down)
