youll need to remove the inner liner, i don't have any so i can't tell you how, but i hear its really easy.
next you have the 3 or 4 10mm bolts on the topside in the bay, then open your door and hammer out the pin that holds your door from hyper extending. go outside and then remove the 10mm bolt up top on the side, then torwards the bottom. after all that one more bolt is hiding and you need to take the side skirt off.
the headlight can stay on but the corner needs to come off.
and you'll need to remove the bolt that attatches the bumper to the fender
edit--**** i just saw you didn't specify what car you even have....
this is what i had to do to remove the fenders on my eg coupe
