Default Extremely rough cold starting..

In the morning when I start up my hatch (B16A2) It barely runs. It idles at 100RPMs (ONE HUNDRED !)

It shakes violently and pollutes my entire apartment complex with smoke out of the exhaust.

After it gets to operating temp. It runs just fine.

Any ideas? Mechanic SAYS my gaskets are all ok... but how is oil still getting tomy spark plugs?

'til I finish school, I have to keep this motor running. After school is over and I get placed at a J-O-B... It will be time for another motor swap !
