Do you mean like an exhaust dump? I've never seen one on a Civic before. Have you gone turbo or something? I guess I'm curious why you'd want one. I Googled for a pic, I found a couple of turbo wastegate dump tubes, but not the dump exhaust cutoff I think you're talking about.

edelbrock makes one for all motor you have to have there header and the dump replaces the bottom part of the header. actually good quality if you weld a hanger on it
