Default Exhaust for a 94 civic???

Ok so I have 94 civic sedan lx D15b7, and I was just looking to put some exhaust on the car. But I'm not quit sure whats good, and whats worth the money. I'm not looking to spend to much, but I was also wondering what are the benifits of full cat-back exhaust, compared to just getting a high flow cat and a muffler. Sorry for such a noobish question, but I'm still trying to figure things out. Thanks for the input ahead of time.

Louder sound a minimal power gains. Intake is not needed.

There ya go Why put an exhaust on it with a stock motor? Save money, swap motors, then put an exhaust on it, you arent gonna be bleeding sick power out of a B7 with a catback exhaust.

ex tranny, vtec head, turbo...then worry about an exhaust, cause at that point freeing air will become a priority
