Default Civic Exhaust. Opinions greatly appreciated...

Shopping for a exhaust for my SOHC EJ8. I was looking at the APEX NOIR Exhaust. Any idea on the power gains? Whats your opinion. Thanks peeps

any good catback will give you the same amount of power gains... its nothing you will really notice but more throttle responce. when we are talking 3 hp to the wheels or such a small number just get what you like.

lol thanks. Is there any difference in catback exhaust or having a muffler shop make a cat back for you?

it just depends on the type of exhaust you want. most of the time a custom job done right will be expensive compared to finding a good cat back that is full stainless and mandrel bent. for the money a catback will look and perform better. IMO
