i am using an act stage 2... and the only thing i dont like about it is that it grabs hard.. ( instant engagement ) and when im at the track its hard to slip it because it just grabs.. but other than that.. its very nice.. also i got it for 200

I have the Exedy Organic (i think that's the Stage 1). I like it so far. Pedal pressure is slightly stiffer than stock. It's a very forgiving clutch. You can put the car in first, and slowly take your feet off all the pedals, and the car will not stall! It's working very nicely for me now, but I plan to turn up the boost and eventually build my motor, so I'm probably gonna get a 6-puck down the road so I don't have to worry about stressing the clutch.

i've got a stage 1 exedy that i haven't instaleld yet.. waiting on my ex tranny to arrive so i can swap everything at once

it should be good to 200hp..maybe more..

btw, the pressure depends on the pressure plate... the grabbing characteristics depend on the clutch itself..

you should be good to go with a stock engine and that clutch

Stage one has a slightly harder clutch that lets you feel the car better. Grips pretty well. I've had one on my 97 ex for about 30k. Very driveable. At higher RPM's it feels like your flywheel isnt going to fly through your engine bay.

Btw, i would buy one again. It seems to be good quality.

I only had slight mods
AEM V2 intake
DC exhaust headers and cat-back
grounding kit
AEM cam gear @ +4 timing
NGK iridium plugs

i have had the organic clutch on my si for like 6-7 months and i love it! i also have a fidanza 8lb flywheel too and they work great together for me!!! if your not pushing alot of power it is a very very nice street clutch. like someone said early it is slightly stiffer than stock but is still forgiving so it makes it a very streetable clutch! i would recommend this clutch to anyone with a mild build that isnt to crazy. i had a friend who had the exedy organic and the fidanza 8lb just like me in his si boosting 8lbs with a greddy kit and held up very well.

got the exedy stgI on my gsr with an exedy 10lb flywheel...

definitely feels good, you can hear a real slap of the dashboard when you shift 1-2, 2-3, even 3-2 real hard....

it'll hold all the power i need (up to 190whp).... doesn't like to slip at all

pedal pressure is moderately stiffer than stock... enought to drive it in traffic all day long... i love stiff stiff clutches for that race feel so this one is just a little less than that... most people would be fine with this however

i absolutely love it, had it on my d15b sohc motor too...

exedy all the way

For daily driving, and better than OEM replacement.

using the exedy organic and Fidanza lightened flywheel on my d15, since install done 11kmiles and no problems what so ever, grips well, 40% stiffer than stock but v.streetable.

Will be going for the Stage 2 on my next build!

i got one my 95 eg with a ls motor and in my own opinion because i drove different types of clutches i like that one the most because how it reacts real nice and i pop my clutch hard and pedal is not to stiff and soft..ive been havin mine for bout 1 1/2 years.but it all depends on most people on how they feel for their own things and if their are comfortable with it..but thats my own opinion.goodluck

I purchased one for my car with an act streetlite flywheel but It hasn't been installed yet... from the opinions I've read I can't wait to use it.
