What an overwhelming response on this.

Amazing that a post on how to paint your valve cover can fill pages, but how to properly hook up evap system btwn OBDII motor and OBDI car gets nothing.

I figured it out if anyone gives a rat's ***. But, if you like the smell of gasoline vapors in your car, by all means, carry on...

Thats because a lot of people here have little actual knowledge on cars, and will say 'what looks best' then go buy the parts. But hey, I have knowledge, I do DIYs for the ignorant, and ive had that EVAP problem before. Mine was a miswiring. There are DIYs here, um someone just posted a complete OBD-II to I chart, esse4ntially a piece of paper telling you of all 3 plugs and which wires go to which old wires by color. Maybe we should have a forum for people who REALLY have info on civics, hey, I took auto classes, so I contribute facts.
