ETC sending unit connector

ETC sending unit connector
Hi guys!
In finishing up the installation of my new dizzy (per my thread re Civic died whilst driving),
I noticed that the connector to the ETC sending unit has disintegrated. Whether it was its time
or I helped it along when I took off the old diizy I don't know. The plastic connector is no longer viable.
Is a new plastic connector available from Honda or in the aftermarket or is it necessary to fabricate
my own connection? I only see the entire wire harness at Majestic. Please advise.
This is a 1996 Honda Civic DX. I found info confirming the identity of the sending unit at the
/92-00-honda-acura-wiring-sensor-connector-guide-3146770/ located here at Honda-tech.
Per the service many, it is connector C121 w/ single cavity. The sending unit itself appears to be intact.
Thanks.

Re: ETC sending unit connector
Hi Ron,
Say it ain't so! Do I understand correctly that the ECT sending unit operates
the coolant temp gauge on the dashboard cluster? If so, even w/ the connector
badly disintegrated, there must have been metal-to-metal contact as the coolant
temp gauge on the instrument cluster appeared to be functioning properly.
The aux cooling fan cut on/off as it was supposed to do.
Thanks.
