Default eoverheating honda

Hi wonder if someone could help. Have a 1986 SOHC honda 150, head and cam was done, and branches was added, has a weber 36 dcd carb and cold air intake. The problem is, when driving normal the car doesnt overheat, but as soon as you drive full throttle the car tends to overheat, slowing down and the temp comes down. Radiator was recore before the mods, new termostat was added and radiator was flushed. Could it be the timming as we are struggling to get the timming marks to line up after the cam was done, would a adjustable pully help, or are the radiator to small, will it help if we remove the aircon radiator in front of the normal radiator, or if we use termo wrap with the branches. One otherthing on cold days and morings you can drive it at full throttle with out overheating, only when its warm outside it tends to overheat. Need some advice. anyhelp would be appreciated
