Engine year ?
Is there any way to tell by looking at the # next to the engine block stamp (B16 yada yada) what year car the engine came out of ?
Learned something new today.

ok, so is it true that if the head is stamped 96 then the motor was in a 97 car? i heard that the motor year is always one year before the year of the car it was in?
