Re: engine setting (victor90)
no, we will not. This website is absolutely full of information. It has all the answers you need. You have to search for them. If you want to do something to your car, then learn about it all first. No one is going to hand you a list and say, "do this, it will make you go fast". Learn just like everyone else does on here.

Now when you say B18C I'm going to assume you mean the GSR, not the ITR (as they're both B18C - That's JDM...B18C1 in USDM for the GSR and B18C5 USDM for the ITR).
Turbo with ARP headstuds, forged rods, pistons, aftermarket fuel system, aftermarket clutch, and a good tune will get you well into the 400's..
Though seeing as you're writing this I'm going to take the very plain assumption that you have no idea what I'm talking about therefore won't do any of it.
Save your money and buy a bigger engine (larger than your D15) or different car. Or learn, read, and then you won't ask this question.
EDIT:
PS: Hondas don't go fast, they're econoboxes, acura engines in hondas go fast O.o
So you're probably looking atyour stock 92 DX with the loud *** exhaust saying "I wish I coulda beat that toyota camry the other day"
