Default Engine Really Bogged Down! Any Help Please?

I have a 93 honda civic with a JDM d15 engine. I had a broken throttle position sensor on my throttle body so i changed the throttle body out on the engine (cause tps sensor is mounted to throttle body) and used the same map sensor that i was previously using. I also installed a new air filter in the car.

When i restarted the vehicle it is running horrible! It has the worst air/fuel mixture and is completely bogged down. So i shutdown the car and adjusted the idle and idle screw the get the correct air and idle level. This helped some but the car is still really bogged when i drive it and give it gas at first. It really hesitates. It is throwing 3 different check engine lights, 3 (Map Sensor), 14 (EACV) and 43 (Fuel Supply). This is no surprise since these are all things related to my problem. But they all can not be bad! I could really use some help since this is my daily driving car! Thanks Everyone!
