Engine mounts
I have a 2000 em1 and pulled the engine and when I did I found all the mounts to be shot. I don't need anything better than oem but I'm having trouble finding any. I found all 5 as a kit on ebay for around $80 (amazon has the same ones) but I'm very skeptical of the quality. Can someone point me in the right direction as to a place to buy new ones or or the ebay ones ok? Thanks

Re: Engine mounts
I've used the cheap Yonaka mounts with success on lower HP/casually driven cars. Not sure how they would hold up to launches or performance applications.

Re: Engine mounts
iv bought cheap ebay mounts and theyv worked fine.
they do make engery suspension bushing kit to insert into your blown mounts.
also you can fill them with silicone window weld to stiffen them up.
any aftermarket mounts that create vibration will calm after settling.

Re: Engine mounts
I decided to order the yonaka mounts. I'm sure for my application they will work great but I will update when they come in. Thanks for the help I feel better about these than the ebay stock replacements I almost bought.

Re: Engine mounts
The biggest difference as far as vibration is the stock Honda mount on the driver's side upper mount is liquid filled and not solid rubber. Yonaka has a decent reputation and fitment should be very good. Those eBay mounts probably wouldn't fit as well and most likely harsher than other better quality aftermarket brands.
