Yeah, you'll learn to use the search feature or else all the ****** will flame you. But, I would suggest running Skunk2, or TODA, or JUN, but you'll have to search on them, I'm not at this point in the building process of my engine, so I haven't really looked into it, but what else do you have done to your car?

depends on how much you got to spend on your car. if your on a budget get some CTR cam shafts. they are the best bang for the buck and u can keep your stock valve train.

The CTR cams are great. THis is only if you have a lot of cashis. Have you thought about VTEC-less. I have driven one car that had this. Will wear down the engine quicker but you way like the power that you get. my 2 cents.

CTR/ITR, sure--with dyno tuning an cam gears.

GSR--not so much. I have them in my car, and there really wasn't much of any difference. In my case a friend gave them to me, and dropped them in for very cheap. I'd be ticked otherwise.

What type of driving will you be doing? The best camshats would be Skunk2, Toda, Spoon, Mugen, Jun and of course OEM Honda Type R's. Skunk2's are easier to get than the others but otherwise they all work great!
