the b16 and b18's are practically bolt on. They require wiring harnes modifications though because all 96+ GSR's re OBD 2 to my knowledge, and 96-00 civics are OBD 1. I also hear you'll need a 99-00 civic Si rear mount for the b18c1. I havent done my research on the h22 tho. so b16/18 = easier h22 = more time consuming. As for me, Im going b18c1.....

96-00 Civics are OBD2

Get the b18. Its an easier swap, and you can use parts off a 99-00 civic si.

Rear, passenger. driver side mount, transmission torque mount. is all you should need. Whereas you need custom mounts ($Hasport) for the H22 and custom make a shift cable for it.
