H22a
I am putting in a JDM H22a into my eg. Im thinking it will run low 13's high 12's. What do you think?
I am also going to turbo the engine. How much boost would you say these engines are good for with just some bolt ons and fuel management.

I think no - check the hybrid forum for the H22A topic, then see how many bolt-ons H22A swaps are in those timelsip ranges.
Check the H22A topic and you'll get a lot of answers.

I plead the 5th!
yes, solid shiftlinkage with a tight gear box compliments the H series very well. Not to mention stock axles, mounts etc.

If my B18C5 didn't still run so perfectly with zero problems I'd say I'd venture to do an H2B kit in my own car.
If my engine were to ever blow (highly unlikely ) I'd seriously look into the H2B. I used to say I'd just buy a brand new B18C5 shortblock and head from the Acura dealership (discounted of course) but for the price of the adapter kit and an H22A I'd be set already.

yes, especially since you have most of the parts needed for the conversion already.

Re: H22a (skunked)
So maybe you guys can explain something to me. I understand the H2B for racing and such, but for just daily driving do you still recommend it? I mean, I'm pretty darn happy with my M2B4, doesn't grind (knock on wood) or have problems shifting. Or is that cause I'm not shifting at 8500+?

I've had my H22 since end of '02 and still have no grinds of any sort.
