Engine block heater

Engine block heater
On Majestic Honda website, there is a "HOW-TO" install engine block heater... but I think that the last part is missing...
Here is the link:
http://www.hondaautomotivepart....html
Everything is described OK, but I am missing a part where they say WHERE TO PLUG THIS HEATER...
the heater unit goes near the filter... but where to plug THE OTHER SIDE of the harness or better question... HOW TO START THIS HEATER cos I don't know how to hook it up...
Is it sensor-driven heater or is it manual...
I'm asking this cos winters get pretty damn cold here where I live and this block heater is a good add-on to keep the motor healthy for many many miles cos cold starts are avoided...
Aynone knows how to install this thing and maybe how to install THE SWITCH to turn it on/off...
