My car has been hesitating heavily under throttle for about a week now, it seems that the ignition is being heavily retarded, to the point to where the engine sounds like it is missing and it is not making any power. this is more prominent at LOW rpms, and is not apparent at all at high rpms. this happened some time after i installed my apexi VAFC and had the ECU kickpanel off, i was giving a friend a ride and she kicked the ECU and then it started throwing P0325 codes (knick sensor). first i checked all the wiring to the ecu, fixed one wire that had been stretched (was the MAP sensor input) and reset the ECU. Still throwing codes! so i replaced the knock sensor, STILL throwing codes. knock sensors are like $155 bucks. anyways, i would like to find out

HOW I CAN emulate a proper knock sensor signal to the ecu so that i do not have to use this POS. did you know that the ECU ignores knock sensor after 4500rpm anyways? wtf is the point, good tune+good gas = no problems... OBD2 sucks *****. i think its like a +5v signal. what do i need to buy from my electronics store to trick the ecu to think everything fine and dandy?

Sounds to me like the trouble is probably still in your wiring... I'd go over everything again, especially checking the knock sensor pinout/lead.

knock is not a 5v signal, it is a one wire sensor, in order for a 0-5v signal work, it needs 0v signal 5v, so knock is not a 5v signal.

i would suggest you to check the wiring on the knock from end to end.
