Default EM1 idling weird

Just had my car worked on about a week ago and since then it's been idling lower than usual, 1000 to 1500 range sometimes lower. Could it be a timing issue?

You could retard the timing a little buy turning you dizzy back a little to see if that would help with your issue.

But yes could very well be a timing problem.

It could also depend on what climate you are in execially if its your daily driver or not.

Jump the Service connector and pull the codes. it could be IACV.

Okay so if they idle that low then whats my problem? my check engine light is on, my intake filter is dirty could that be it, if so i read that you can use a shop vac to clean them out, is this true?
