Default Electrical problems need some help quick

Alright the other day i stripped the tent offoff my 94 civic coupe ex of my back window, and i took the speaker cover the entire cardboard panal off, and used soap and water to strip the tint, that same day i was hearing hissing noises and tintign through my speakers, so i thought it was my system just messing up throgh the altenator so i tried grounding everthing better, then today my rear break lights dont light up they are very dim, and when i press the break my turning signals will come on as the break lights and they blink really and also wheni put the turning signals on they blink normal but when i hit the break they speak up quick like when the bulbs are out,my ac control lights also dim when i hit the break and my blinker lights in the cluster light up real dimly even when i do not have then on . i havent tried replacing the relays yet but i just need to know what the problem could be. and i did get the wires under the back window pretty wet from spraying the soap and water on it.

so have you tried cleaning and drying that area out?
it's amazing what water will do to electricity.
