Default Lights modification, need some help..

Hello! i just bought a set of rear lights on my honda (sort of clear..but not too ricy lol) On it i want to add a light that will be open with the parking lights + the braking light. I need to add a bulb there.. I was thinking of linking it in parallel with the other brake/parking light, just after the main connector. If i do so, my only worry, and question, is.. Do i risk overheating my wires, like because of too much amp drawn?
i dont want to mess up anything there lol..
thank you

i wouldn't worry about it. Those light bulbs aren't pulling that much. Head lights yes, tail lights no.
