electrical buzzing

civic electrical buzzing
Hi, My car was working fine when i parked it for about a 2 weeks with out battery then i went back an fixed the battery, now it won't start and the main relay is buzzing when i turn it on to the on position. Also when i turn on the hazard light there are some buzzing sounds coming from the dash where all the electricals are. Please help me.
