From: I see what you did there.

Remove your under-hood fuse box, remove the plug from the bottom, and clean the connections on the harness and the plug.

If that doesn't fix it, try getting a new fuse box.

The MIL is on w/ a DTC of P1298(electrical load dector) P0135Primary Heated Oxygen sensor) etc...

Probable cause:
The engine wire harness is rubbing on the intake manifold bracket.
Correction Action:
Repair the damaged wires, and protect the harness w/ corrugated tubing.

Applies to:

1996-99 Civic 4door,2door, and 3door
