ek sedan/B18c3 swap - what PS pump bracket to use?
I have just finished a B18c3 swap into my ek sedan. I realize that i need a 99-00 si PS pump, but I wonder if I can use the p72 upper and lower brackets or i have to get 99-00 si ps pump bracket to mount the si ps pump.

There are two different upper brackets... the difference being the length of the tab that the adjustment screw passes through and screws into the P/S pump housing. The lower brackets work the same, however, the '99-00 Civic Si bracket also wraps around to the drivers side engine mount bracket, so you either cut that part off or use an older Del Sol VTEC lower bracket or a '94+ Integra bracket. The pump is also available in two types, the biggest difference is the style of the high pressure hose fitting on the top... you just need the one that matches the line that is in your car... and the '99 Civic Si pump should fit your line perfect since it came in the car !!! lol
