Default EK lights and bumper swap

Will the lights and bumper swap from a 99-00 to a 96-98 without any issues? Thanx for the info.

No. The lights, bumper, fenders, and hood will. But if you do one, you gotta do em all. Possibly the rad support too, some say you need to swap that out, others say you don't.

You don't need the radiator support, just dremel a little bit of the 99 bumper around where the grill is.
