ek hatch problem

Default ek hatch problem

Hey guys I'm having a problem... I'm bout to buy this hatch that has a 98ls motor with a b16 tranny however it has a b16 chipped ecu and the dude said it needs a new one cuz I have a cel any ideas wat kinda computer to get? I searched and no help thanks so much

i think the PR4 ecu is the LS ecu

P75 (5 speed) is the ecu you need. Also, it needs to be obd2a. The PR4 is the obd1 and obd0 version of the ls.

Get yourself an OBD1 chipped P06 with a p75 basemap. One of the codes you're going to throw is code 91 (ftp sensor). Best way to get rid of it other than the potentimeter trick.

You could also go the JDM OBD2 PR4 or P75 route. gets rid of the CEL for code 91 and should be for an LS.
