Default ek hatch exhaust question

i have a b16a2 on my 2000 hatch. right now i have a jdm 4-1 header and a test pipe that goes to a magnaflow catback system . i got pulled over because my exhaust was too loud. soooooo i want to go back to stock exhaust. i have my b16 header (somewhere) and my oem hb axleback muffler. can i just buy an oem em1 cat and bpipe and bolt it on to my hatch or would i have to get my pipes shortened/lengthened at a muffler shop? i need to get this done within a week and show it to police officer and get it signed off or i will get a full vehicle inspection ticket. please help!!!

im in vancouver bc...canada. our emmision laws are a pain in the *** and so is our cops when it comes to modified cars.

i have 5 days to show that i have a stock exhaust with a cat or i get the full vehicle inspection. gotta raise the car, put my stock steering wheel back on, make sure my brakes are good, probably have to replace the tires cause of the camber wear...basically put it back to stock.

i found someone selling an em1 cat and mid pipe and i just want to make sure it will fit my b16a2 hatch with NO modifications.

Get a stock SiR manifold, downpipe, cat, midpipe and a stock hatch muffler, will bolt up perfectly.
