Re: EK fogs on EG (hip_hop_s0ulchild)
hey, wow. At least you opened with a picture, so nobody can say you haven't searched.
I say you just dive into it, and make a writeup, because even though many people say "search" they don't know where to find a decent writeup.
Do a little research on how the EK fogs hook into the back of the bumper, and find a way to fabricate it. It looks to me like a straightforward project that one with some common sense could figure out, and do a good writeup on.
Those spots on the foglight look like rivets to me, which I think you should roll with as a start: Looks gritty.

This isn't a "what do you guys think of this setup?" thread, so I'm pretty sure he doesn't care what you think. Now be quiet.

Re: (EK9Tune)
Well, unless you do a really good job at searching for the DIY, if there is one that's any good, you'll end up looking at threads asking where you can find the writeup, which is all I cared to do.

I agree, it looks really good.
IMO, get a dremel and start cutting. Use rivets like the guy in the picture did. Just take time and make templates for everything and test fit.

Re: (ek forever guy)
Yeah, and make damn sure you make those things symmetrical!
I've seen this done wrong before, and it really is a fine line, so take special care in aligning them, and spacing them well from the center grille. I look forward to seeing how you execute this if you take your time.
