b16a2...for $...need insight.
00 usdm b16a2 for $1700 with around 90,000 miles. wish the mileage was a little better but considering most honda engines are sturdy, i'm tempted on purchasing this for my swap. any insight as to whether this is a good deal? thanks in advance!

If its the motor + Tranny I say go for it. Make sure you get a compression and leak down test first though

1700 for a complete B16 swap (mounts 'n all) isn't bad at all. If comp test is good - go for it.
I don't know how to do a compression test on a pulled motor though - you need to pull the butterfly open but I don't know how to crank it over....jumping the starter I guess is the only way to do it - I don't know .
In for the answer on that oen too.
