EK Cruise Control Removal Q&A
Short and Simple question.. on my EK (98), above the accel Peddle there is the Cruise Control harness (that keeps the car accelerating).. after I cut the wire from inside of the car->outside of the car, can i remove the harness safely, or is there more to it?
I tried to check my HELMS manual.. but it doesn't say anything about install/uninstall of it.
Note: Unlike normal cruiscontrol's, mine doesnt have a wire from the throttle body, it goes from the cruisecontrol box -> inside (Accelerator)

You can cut it but you will destroy the cable, if you crawl under the dash you can take the cable out by turning the cable up and pulling it through a slot in the armature, it’s easier if you have someone hold down the pedal

also, what can i use to close the vacum hose thing that ran from my intake manifold to the cruiscontrol?
