EK 20 Second Idle then ecu cuts fuel :( Need some Honda boiz to help me on this one
Just finished installing eagle rods (yes I notched the block) and vitara pistons on my d16y7. After installing the swap, I turned the key to On(II) and the fuel pump did not prime. I removed the fuel rail and cranked the engine and I had spark but no fuel even though the injectors were firing. So I hotwired the fuel pump to the battery and now I have fuel, compression and spark. When I start it, it starts up, gets to 900-1k rpm and stays at perfect idle for about 15 seconds. Then the ecu proceeds to cut fuel lower and lower until the car sputters and dies out. It cuts fuel and I'm not sure why. I can't idle for more than 20 seconds.
I have G101 grounded (thermostat ground), valve cover ground, and ground by the starter. I think that the reason why it cuts fuel is the same reason why my fuel pump didn't prime when I turned the key. Something isn't getting electricity. The car has 115k miles before I pulled the swap and everything was working 100 percent perfectly.
Does anyone have any advice?

I was told my ecu might be bad. Anybody?
