you will most def need to cut the throttle body piece the cable attaches to and extend in longer by atleast 2 inches. i had this same prob with my gsr swap. no cable will work as a direct bolt on unless its a stock cable. stock cable will work!! i prefer the gsr cable tho. with a lil bit of fab work

if u still got the stock gsr tb...go with a stock gsr cable and where the bracket is on the tb that holds the cable ull notice two bolts holding the bracket...just slide the bracket up one bolt so that only one bolt is bolting up the bracket which is the very bottom hole of the bracket, that way the gsr cable will work...thats how i got mine to work on my gsr manifold....

well i have a full gsr swap with gsr tb. and gsr cable did not fit. there was extra cable at the pedal. that is a lie that it will work. you WILL have to extend the tb by inches i promise you that 1. im not saying this for my health. the length of integra tcable is longer than civic one thats how you get extra cable at the pedal. so go ahead and try what seven fc said then ill see you back here saying it didnt work

Do your self a favro and buy the type r style intake manifold. Its cheap, then buy any throttle that fits. I got a bdl. Then go to Honda an order a type R throttle cable and bracket. Hexa cheap and looks nice and no more coolant thing on the bottom of the TB. Iacv right to intake mani. Very simple not too much $.
