Nope. If you wanted leather at that time in a Civic you told the dealership when you ordered it, when the car came in the dealership sent it out to a local upholstery shop where the seats were recovered, door panels were sometimes done to match but often weren't.

'92 Only CXs had vinyl inserts along with vinyl seats.
