EG Fogs DIY?

I have searched and read 8 pages of FAQ, still havent seen a good write up on the install of these... Can anyone help direct me in the right direction?

Like is there any cutting on the bumber where they go in? or do those filler pieces juss kinda pop out?

I was thinkin if you had to cut all that stuff out, how would the fogs mount in there?

Here you go here are the installation instructions. I found this by doing a quick search. You have to cut the bumper.
