Default Eg civic starting issues.

Hey ht, building this car for sometime, went to start it last weekend for the first time since the build and it was a no go.
Ls vtec, b18b block,98 gsr head, trans, harness. Hondata s300 p28 ecu.

Link below.

Replaced following/ checked over

New battery, starter, alternator
Checked fuses under dash/ engine bay. Looked over grounds, new terminals.main relay replaced, jumped codes and no codes.

only issue I know of is that my fuel pump will not prime. Going to check voltage tomorrow on the grounds of the fuel pump. If not I'll buy a new one.
Also running the number on the hondata ecu, make sure it's proper for the car. If not might need a jumper harness as well.

If if anyone has any idea of what to try or do would be much appreciated. Been 3 years to long and set up for a tune in the next month.

Just being boosted was the only thing that has changed since it last ran. Everything else is still the same. Understand that things do break from sitting for a long period of time. But where to start looking beats me right now. Tested and installed 2 starters yesterday both worked, and spun without hesitation.
I am going to try and find a new main relay this week since it's a cheaper part and always nice to have spares as well. Tried hondata, a p72 and p28 ecu. No changes. Grounds were re cleaned yesterday as well again. I checked over for shorts, blown fuses.

Hmmm.. In the video, sounds like it's just clicking? So no crank at all? Engine isn't trying to turn over? Check ignition and wiring if you haven't. See what may be fuggered up there.

Yeah exactly just clicking, no turnover or cranking of any sort. I'll take a look into it this week maybe I missed something.

I would start from the ignition switch and go from there. Get some jumper cables and try to jump it. If it does the same thing, look into all things ignition switch and wiring.

Well shaking my head, was a shitty ground, valve cover to the rad support, switched it to the block. Fuel pumped primed and car cranked over. Didn't start but got somewhere. Just have to fiddle with hondata and a few other things. Fixed some leaks as well.
