its a jdm 1.5 sohc vtec motor, can i still use a P28 on it or d I need something else.

you could still use the p28. but i heard the P08(jdm d15b) redlines higher and might be a little better

i'm talking about for getting it smoged, which Ecu is better? P28?

to smog is better to use the stock d15 ecu cuz the p28, the fuel set is a lil differnt. when u smog, make sure ur ecu is stock and isnt chipped. i was dumb enough to go smogg with a chipped ecu and failed with flyin colors. chipped ecu's run a lil richer dependin on the chip.

So what is the stock ECU that i will need for this engine, what is it called?

the stock ecu for that would be the jdm p08 ..but i would put the p28 you know, cuz its from the usdm hondas.
