96 hatch with k20a2.
So i started my car to go to work and the rpm's shot up to 5grand and then had a very rough idle so i let it warm up and then started to work and the rpms wouldnt drop btwn shifts and the cel came on. and the speedo either stays at 0 or jsut bounces around. (on another note i have been locked out of 6th gear since i bought the car, well the reverse lockout quit working this morning too and now its letting me in 6th.) so i check the light and it was ecu malfuntion. so i erased the ecu and reuploaded the map and the cel didnt come back on but it still ran sketchy, but i tried to start it just now and it wont start it just turns over and the fuel pump never shuts off. does anyone have any thoughts, ideas, or comments on my problem. thanks for reading
