ECU help

i have a jdm 99 civic sirII engine is there anywhere i can get one or can i fix the one i have or use something to reprogram mine or can someone tell me the number on the ECU i need

What is wrong with yours? And im sure you could get one where ever you bought the motor.

i didnt buy the motor i got it off some one and the vtec never worked in it because the selonid gets no power from ecu so it dont work car runs though

You sure VTEC is hooked up correctly? any CEL?

Honstly i dont know all i know its not getting power and what does CEL mean i am new to honda tuning
