ECU confusion
Car: 1999 Civic HX CVT
I bought a replacement ecu part number: P2N-A61. I looked through several sources online and found that this is the part that matched my CVT civic...I chose this ECU instead of the P2M-A71 that was in my Civic because the sources said that was the ECU for the NZ Vtec Civic which is not my model. I get the ECU plug it in and it doesn't even start now, it did before. I look through some honda dealership parts sites and they say my car takes P2M-A71. What's the deal here lol?
One of the many sources for ECU Identification. Who is wrong here then? Almost every site online or Honda?
