Default ECU codes 9, 41, 43 on civicEX 92 running rich

Thanks to all who helped me to locate the sevice connector from the previous posts https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1006808.
Now I got the following ECU codes. Where do I go from here?
9 Cylinder Sensor
41 Primary oxygen sensor heater
43 Fuel Supply System
The car Honda Civic EX 1992 with 115K miles, running rich with soot on rear bumper. Check Engine Light comes on after about 5-10 min of driving (not in idle though). Runs OK except for the lousy milage.
I have no idea where the cylinder sensor is, is it the Cylinder sensor bad or the settings off? Where is the oxygen sensor heater? Is it replaceable?
All your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you all in advance
James
