ECU Code 14 Help!!!
I trying to fix my girls car so we can smog it .... It's an 95' civic coupe EX with the single cam V in it... the check engine light stays on so I jumped the ECU and it gave a code of 14 (Idle Control Valve) looking throught the haynes book it tell how to check it ... so i hold the car at 3,000 rpms and wait the fan to turn on and once it does I unplug the the ICV and the idle drops but not a whole lot ...so I'm guessing that not the problem now I stuck and don't know what to do ..I've searched many forums with no answers so please help.......

Other tests for code 14:
1) With the engine running, you should detect battery voltage between the YEL/BLK wire of the disconnected EACV 2P connector and body ground.
2) Test for an open in the other EACV wire that runs to the ECU.
3) If above tests are fine, then you might have a faulty ECU.
