ecu code 11

hi guys, my car is throwing a cel code 11.. couldn't find anywhere what that error code is...

2000 civic, b16 engine.. i thought i just had a grounded connection somewhere in the harness, so i replaced my engine wiring harness into a new one. but code didn't go away.
