Hmm, i need a decent ECU
Manuel-99 civic SI
Im going to be getting a turbo soon
Want a 2 step-always wanted one.
Ive got a stock one.
Is there any decent ones that dont cost a shitload like Hondata?
Names?brands?prices?

true, but the version in eCtune works better.
I second or third the OBD2-OBD1 harness and an OBD1 ECU with eCtune or Crome.

price depends on a lot of factors, but generally.
ECU - 75-125
harness - 50-75
chipping&tuning - highly depends on your area and how much you want done 150-500+
