Default E System 02 Sensor

k i know theirs a 02 sensor on headers but when i was looking at cat converter, it says it "Utilizes factory O2 sensor position" so what does that mean you dont need one at the headers? or what

on an obd2 car there is one pre cat and one that monitors the function of the cat converter. in the middle or just after the cat.

well ok heres situation i ordered headers without o2 sensor, so will the cat fix this problem and not need to go get one welded in or what
