E brake ?
As some of you know I'm in the process of of finishing up a rear disc conversion. I've got everything buttoned up pretty much except for bleeding the brakes. I went to test the ebrake and the driver side grabbed with no problem, the passenger side didn't garbbed at all. I checked before I installed them to make sure the cables were good, so I was thinking maybe it wasn't fully hooked up but it is. I'm stumped...I tried both loosening and adjusting the "equalizer" but it still won't grab. Any ideas? If it helps this is on an EG civic...I believe the conversion is also off of an EG.

Re: E brake ? (BlueIntegraBoy)
nope, looks exactly like the driver side . I'm thinking it could be something inside the caliper because it works fine normally(brake pedal) but the ebrake just doesn't want to do anything.

Sbow us pics of your Caliper, with the Parking Brake Cable hooked up. Only then will anyone be able to give you specific help. Otherwise, we're all just shooting in the dark...

Check your Parking Brake Cable Retaining Clips (bottom pic, #16). Is the Caliper end of your Cable properly fastened to the Caliper's Parking Brake Arm (top pic, #31/41)?
Are you sure your Parking Brake Cables are intact? Pull the problem side out, and make sure that pulling on the Interior end has the desired result at the Caliper end. If it doesn't, simply replace that cable.
In what condition are your Rear Calipers? Are they "Brand New", did you just slap on some rusted TA assembly, or did you rebuild them yourself? There is a little Pushrod that fits into the Parking Brake Shaft (top pic, #16/32), deep in the Caliper's Bore. If this Rod (top pic, #17) is broken or missing then you will need to either replace your Caliper or Rebuild it.
Other than that, I cannot think of anything that can cause your Parking Brake to not work Mechanically on that side, while still working Hydraulically. If you provide more pics and/or details as to how you arrived at your conclusions, we might be able to help you further.
GL, and let us know how it goes!

Re: E brake ? (JasonGhostz)
Well I'm not sure what the problem was but after me and my neighbor re-bleed(at his suggestion)all 4 corners both ebrakes are now working perfectly. Not sure what the problem was as the ebrake is cable and the foot pedal is hydraulic but whatever was going on problem solved! Thank you for the suggestions.
