dynomax muffler?
ok did some more searching for a quiet muffler and from what people have said I guess the dynomax oval is supposed to be quiet
went on a site to price them out....what length muffler do I want for a 98 civic? what difference does the length make?

Re: dynomax muffler? (loki2323)
are you getting their Super Turbo or the Ultra-Flo? because the Ultra-Flo will be loud since it's straight-through. The Super Turbo is the quiet one, but it's made out of aluminumized materials. My old Super Turbo rusted in a year in a wimpy NorCal winter.

Re: dynomax muffler? (Daniel)
I was thinking about the super turbo because it is quieter...
I have a POS muffler now and it is way too loud...I hate it so I want to go as quiet as I can and just put on a low cost replacement...so the dynomax seems to work for me

The super flo has a serpentine flow pattern not good for perf though. Get the SS. Still has a lot of dampening material since it is a big oval straight through muffler.
