Default drop kits
i gotta '97 civy EX and want t drop 1.3 to 1.5 inches.
Any opinions on whether Tokikos or Koni Reds are the way to go?

Just get adjustible coil overs since it doesnt seem like you wnat these for performance reasons. Go get some Matrix coil overs for like 60 bucks.
