99 ek coupe. Driver door won't lock from alarm remote. I have to use the key to lock it. Passenger side is fine. It looks like its trying to lock but all it does is give a lil twitch.. Any reason why?

theres an actuator that actually pushes the lock closed it could be broken and not have enough force to actually lock the door causing the twitch you are talkin about take it to a car alarm installer they could probly get a new one and put it in for around $50

Your auto lock thing is broken my hatch does the same thing it just twiches and it sound like it locks but it doesnt you need to buy a new one.

if it aint that check for a broken wire. i had the same problem thought it was the actuator and was actrully a broken wire :S
