Default door trim question

when I got my car painted, they "destroyed" a bunch of my trim and molding getting it off the car.

I've been researching around and I found that the part I'm looking for is called the driver's side door "sash". Now, I have the original, but the clips are broken off. I'm assuming that the clips are molded to the plastic. I'm going to order a new one, but I was hoping someone could tell me if the clips are indeed part of the sash, or if they are separate.

If they are separate, then I guess I don't need a new one, just new clips. Then what though? Do they just glue on? Help a guy out. I can't find pics of a new one anywhere online. (at least pics of the backside where the clips are)

what model civic? if its for a 92-95, when you order the door sash from hondaautomotiveparts.com it comes with the clips. one clip is held on with a screw(the top) and the bottems if i remember correctly just slide right on.

really? Yeah it's for a 5th gen coupe. My stock one doesn't have a place for any screw. It looks like the clips that were on it, broke off.

Call a local auto wrecker and see if they have the whole assembly. I'm pretty sure it will be cheaper as well.

yeah, I'm trying to do that, but where I live now there aren't any salvage yards, and the one I do know of sucks *****. (the guy wouldn't sell me the bolts that hold the seat in the car, even if I bought the seat. He said he didn't mess with that kind of stuff)

anyway, the price I got from Honda brand new is like 15 bucks. Thats a REALLY good price. I just can't find a picture of it from the backside, to see if it includes the clips or not.

That is why I was wondering if anyone knew if it did, or if they had a picture of the brand new part from the back side. Even the one I found on ebay is from the front. The guy won't answer me if the thing has clips or not. AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

anyone?
